In compliance with the obligations arising from national legislation (Privacy Code) and European community regulations (General European Regulation No. 679/2016) regarding the protection of personal data, Teknocongress Srl respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users. This privacy policy applies to information collected both from the website and through other channels.
1 – Legal basis for processing
By using or consulting this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service. The provision of data and, therefore, Consent to the collection and processing of data is optional; the User may deny consent and may revoke a previously provided consent at any time. However, denying consent may result in the inability to provide certain services, and the browsing experience on the site may be compromised.
2 – Purposes of processing
Processing of personal data refers to: recording, storage, organization, consultation, selection, extraction, comparison, processing, use, modification, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction, transfer or dissemination, or the combination of two or more of these operations. The processing of data collected by the site, in addition to purposes connected, instrumental, and necessary for the provision of the service, is aimed at the following purposes:
2.1 – Statistics
Collection of data and information in exclusively aggregate and anonymous form to verify the correct functioning of the site. None of this information is related to the natural person-User of the site and does not allow for identification in any way.
2.2 – Security
Collection of data and information to protect the security of the site and users (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection) and to prevent or expose fraud or abuse to the detriment of the website. Data is recorded automatically and may include personal data (IP address) which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, to block attempts to damage the site or other users, or otherwise harmful activities or crimes. Such data is never used for User identification or profiling and is deleted periodically.
2.3 – Accessory activities
Communicating data to third parties who perform functions necessary or instrumental to the operation of the service, and to allow third parties to carry out technical and other activities on our behalf. This site uses suppliers to perform certain activities, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, and provide customer services. Suppliers only have access to personal data necessary to perform their tasks, commit not to use the data for other purposes, and are required to process personal data in accordance with current regulations.
This category of data is kept only for the period necessary for the provision of the service.
3 – Data collected
This site collects user data in two ways.
3.1 – Automatically collected data
During user navigation, the following information may be collected and stored in the site's log files:
Internet Protocol (IP) address; Browser type; Device parameters; ISP name; Date and time of visit; Referral and exit pages.
This data is used for aggregate analysis and security and is not linked to the User's identity.
3.2 – Voluntarily provided data
The site may collect other data in case of voluntary use of services (contact forms, email):
Name and surname; Email address; Phone number.
This data is provided voluntarily for the provision of the service. Data is not provided to third parties unless required by judicial authorities or for specific service delivery (e.g., tax purposes or security optimization).
If a comment is left, the data remains stored in the archive/database and will not be transferred to others without authorization.
4 – Data retention period
Collected data is processed for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, not beyond the times prescribed by law. Data for tax purposes is kept for at least 10 years. Upon expiration, data will be deleted or anonymized unless further retention is required for legal or fiscal obligations.
5 – Transfer of collected data to third parties and non-EU countries
Personal data is an essential part of our work and is not sold to third parties. However, data may be transferred to suppliers performing specific tasks for the site. In the case of data transfers outside the EU (e.g., Google, Facebook, Microsoft), we ensure compliance with the GDPR and specific EU decisions (such as the Privacy Shield where applicable). By activating a contract, the user expressly consents to the transfer of data in the cases indicated above.
6 – Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies allow the storage of information on visitor preferences, verify site operation, and personalize content.
Technical Cookies: Necessary for the site to function correctly; no consent is required.
Analytical Cookies: Used for anonymous statistical analysis to improve the site.
Third-party Cookies: Used for additional services like social buttons. These are managed entirely by third parties.
6.1 – Consent for cookie use: By browsing the site, the visitor consents to the use of cookies.

7 – Security measures
The Data Controller processes data lawfully and correctly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel or external technical service providers. It is important that you adopt suitable protections for your password and computer.
8 – User rights
Pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the GDPR, the User has the right to: oppose processing for marketing; request confirmation of the existence of data; know its origin; request updates, rectification, integration, or deletion; and file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Garante Privacy). Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.
